The Worst Person in the World is, at times, us, ourselves, at least that’s how it feels in the moment. This film is about those moments, those heart braking moments where, being led by our feelings, we fall short of our best. It’s also a story about love, loss, sex, and the absurdity of it all.
This is Julie’s story, played earnestly by Renate Reinsve. Written by Eskil Vogt & Joachim Trier and Directed by Joachim Trier.
It’s a film full of surprises both in it’s structure and execution that I can’t recommend enough. So sit back and enjoy being reminded of all the times your life was a confusing mess.
